Sam is a university-trained Naturopath with extensive training in herbal and nutritional medicine for a multitude of clinical conditions. His interests are in allergies, metabolic health, gastrointestinal health, fatigue, and stress management.
Sam brings a wealth of personal experience to clinical practice. Motivated by his own health journey, Sam discovered Naturopathic principles to significantly improve his life-long illness. As a result, Sam is empathetic and understanding to the significant impact chronic disease has on your day-to-day life. Having first-hand experience at personally resolving debilitating health issues, Sam is aware of the incredible power a multi-pronged approach has in gaining back your health.
Sam approaches health from the inside out and places significant importance on establishing a resilient microbiome and functional gut-brain-immune axis. By developing a robust internal ecosystem, the body is able to naturally establish balanced health.

While working with Sam, you will develop a roadmap toward renewed health through identifying and reaching important milestones - using a variety of lifestyle, nutritional, and herbal interventions. Using modern assessment tools such as blood tests and/or microbiome assessment, Sam thoroughly assesses your results in context with your presenting concern and health history to uncover and treat the root cause.

Sam has a keen interest in how evidence based herbal and nutraceutical medicine can facilitate health outcomes. His goal is fiinding the ideal treatment for each patient based off their unique presentation, health history, and needs; the treatment fits the individual, the individual does not fit the treatment.
