Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup milk of choice (I use Nutty Bruce Unsweetened Almond Milk)
2 tsp blackcurrant powder
Good pinch cinnamon
Good splash vanilla
Combine these ingredients and refrigerate overnight (or leave to sit while you get ready in the morning - have a big glass of warm lemon water while you're doing this!)
Then stir in:
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1-2 tsp nut butter
Selection of seeds (I use pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds)
Top with:
Mixed berries and/or green kiwi fruit
A few blobs of yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
