Bronwyn is a dedicated Naturopath and Nutritionist with a profound commitment to optimising the gut health of her clients, with a particular interest in helping women navigate perimenopause, the menopausal transition and beyond.

With many years of experience running her own successful clinical practice, Bronwyn deepened her expertise in gastrointestinal health and the microbiome through extensive postgraduate studies with Dr. Jason Hawrelak at the Microbiome Restoration Centre and continues to work closely with him in a professional capacity. Having also completed extensive study and amassed a breadth of clinical experience in all aspects of perimenopause and the menopausal transition, Bronwyn marries these skillsets to bring her clients a high level of care and expertise as they move through this life stage.

Additionally, Bronwyn has a special interest in modulating the microbiome to improve chronic pain conditions such as migraine and endometriosis. Having personally suffered from migraine and the associated poor gut health that invariably accompanies it, she understands the complex and often debilitating nature of these conditions and works diligently to provide solutions where it may seem that none remain.

As a practitioner, Bronwyn is empathetic and pragmatic, meeting her clients where they are without judgment or unrealistic expectations. Being a busy working mum of two, she understands the importance of holistic support that considers the whole picture of health, not just the symptoms.

Bronwyn adopts a collaborative approach to treatment, utilising appropriate functional testing and integrating nutrition and lifestyle changes with nutrient and herbal support to holistically restore health. She also has considerable expertise in pathology interpretation, having undertaken additional training in Diagnostics with leader in this field Rachel Arthur.

Outside of work, Bronwyn enjoys the great outdoors, whether hiking, swimming, or in her new pursuit of learning to sail (while trying not to capsize the boat!).
